Given that Barry needs to eat a larger quantity of food, I have the headcannon that he goes out to try a bunch of different cuisines. Personally I think that He's a fan of Wings and Noodles and Tacos. I beleive that Barry and Cisco and Caitlin would all go out for food as well as occasionally going to a bar and such. For some reason I also see Food Trucks being a thing for them as well.

I totally agree. I also can see Caitlin and Cisco trying to create some substance with more proteines and sugar, like the thing they tried for the alcohol, because it must be really expansive to always eat somewhere, no ?

Oh yeah, that totally makes sense. I mean money aside, I have the thought that when Barry uses too much of his speed, regular food, no matter how much of it he eats, just won't work quick enough. So maybe they can come up with something like a super powerful vitamin filled carb based snack or something for Barry?
